Today I did the following:
- Took my dogs on a walk with my roommate, Esteban. I sweated. It was gross. But the walk made me feel amazing!
- Watched Aladdin and ate a sandwich.
- Worked…. Bleh. Although, while at work I recruited my artistic friend to help me create my next tattoo design
- Oh! And I discovered the difference between a “HALF SLEEVE” and a “QUARTER SLEEVE”… I’m glad I realized the difference now… before most of my arm was tatted up! :/
- Discussed religion, ate some dried cranberries, posted a picture of my Toms and tattoos, and snuggled with my furbabies.
Monday
Today I had a good morning, a terrible afternoon, and a great evening.
I started off with brand new classes which are going to kick ASS this semester! My grad history seminar is going to be amazing: we’ll be dissecting the major works and masterpieces and figuring out why exactly they’re all so famous. And then my analysis class will be pretty similar, although instead we’ll be looking at composer’s individual styles so that you can simply look at a piece and tell who wrote it based solely on the style characteristics! My first OSU band rehearsal went well and my first day back was over!
Then I had to go to work………. I am so over working retail. The hoops they make part time employees jump through is ridic and I can’t wait to have a “big kid’s job” just so I’ll never have to deal with stupid customers again. And if I hear the phrase “Just looking” one more time, I might throw a shoe at someone!
Anyway, then tonight Esteban and I had roommate bonding time. We watched Once Upon a Time and ate chocolate chip cookies. Then he put in energy saving lightbulbs and told me that we’re “slightly better than other people now” hahaha!! I <3 my roommate!
